Jessica Serran artwork can be shipped to any international address. Shipping prices will be determined on an individual basis based on location and are the expense of the buyer, unless an alternative arrangement has been made with Jessica Serran. Jessica Serran is not responsible for lost or unreceived items, customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees on international orders. Orders shipped internationally could take up to 6 weeks to arrive (depending on the country).
GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY:
All drawings and paintings will arrive signed and securely packaged. All paintings will arrive framed and ready to hang. Original paintings will arrive with a certificate of authenticity signed by Jessica Serran.
If you are purchasing an e-course, you are welcome to download the course immediately. Once you have purchased the course no refunds are available.

RIGHTS FOR TERMINATION INCLUDE: Not complying with the Terms and Conditions outlined here, not respecting the process of other artists, unprofessional behaviour, sharing course information: logins, passwords and content, copyright infringement, inappropriate comments and behaviour, lack of respect for any and all employees, freelancers and Jessica Serran team members, not honouring your payment schedule, and any other reasons at the discretion of Jessica Serran. Safety and respecting the process and products of all artists is the highest value and priority of Jessica Serran.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent all programs and their potential. Any claims made of actual results can be verified upon request.
